Gordon Boyes, CEO & President

Gordon Boyes joins Mocapay from Lacuna Gap Capital, where he was an operating partner supporting a wide range of technology and software portfolio companies. Prior to joining Mocapay, Gordon served as Chief Executive Officer of both SageFire and splick-it Inc. Gordon previously led a team of 500 people that performed customer operations for Level 3 Communications. In addition to operations and execution, he has 15 years of experience in P&L management, corporate development, and technology from Level 3, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and Nortel.

Gordon graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Computer Science and also has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Outside of the office, Gordon enjoys family adventures, hiking with his dogs, tennis and snowboarding.

James Ray, CTO

Before Mocapay, James was CEO and President of Size Technologies until First Data acquired them in January of 2007. James ran First Data's San Fransisco office after the acquisition and developed several new profit lines of business for First Data. Previously he was the President and Chief Technology Officer at DoughNET.com. And before that he was CTO and COO for Publicis & Hal Riney, a global advertising agency. In 1993 he founded JTR Capital, a NASD member firm, and Teelin Systems, a software company.

JK Hullett, CFO

JK Hullett brings 25 years of financial and operational experience from both public companies, where he worked in corporate and business development at American Airlines, and private companies, where he was CFO of @Last Software and CEO of Net Identity. During his career Mr. Hullett played a significant role in various financings, mergers and acquisitions activities. Hullett is also a Principal and CFO of Lacuna Gap Capital – a Boulder-based investment group that supported Mocapay though initial product development and market implementation. Through his role with Lacuna Gap Capital, Hullett provides valuable strategic insight and direction for the company.

As Mocapay's CFO, Mr. Hullett oversees all financial activity from contract development, renewals and negotiations, to patent filings to maintaining legal compliance.

Rawleigh Ralls, Chairman

The Chief Investor at Lacuna Venture Fund, Rawleigh Ralls brings a unique perspective and well-tuned business sense to the board of investors. He also brings 17 years of investment and portfolio management experience with firms like Goldman Sachs and Precept Capital.

Chris Martin

Chris' five-year history of corporate analysis and investment planning with companies like Ayco (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs) and Spartan Mobile has left him poised for personal success and made him a valuable asset to the Mocapay board of directors.

William Ruh

16 years of banking, investment banking and payment services experience and a current position as co-founder and Managing Principal of Castle Creek Capital LLC and Castle Creek Financial LLC make William Ruh an important asset to the Mocapay board.

William also serves as the Chairman of the Board for First Chicago Bancorp, Ceres Group Inc. and Indivos Corporation, as well as Director for the Hanmi Financial Corporation (the largest Korean bank in the U.S.), Regency Bancorp and First Community Bank of the Desert.
